TenderHaus was founded on a decade of hands-on expertise in architectural design and construction process—where execution, efficiency, and elegance meet.
Led by Kadeem Blaize, a seasoned designer with over 10 years in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry, TenderHaus blends high-level design thinking with practical construction insight. Kadeem’s background includes schematic-to-construction documentation (SD–CD), BIM management, and direct involvement in construction—giving him a unique ability to translate design visions into buildable, cost-efficient realities.
While working with architects, builders, and real estate developers, Kadeem recognized a critical gap in the residential market: homeowners and property investors often wanted the design clarity and visual polish of a high-end firm—without the inflated cost, slow turnaround, or overly technical process.
